The shared skills still prescribed a legacy SpecSync closing flow and treated older tool capabilities as current. Update the guidance to select the maintainer-designated supported release, including preferred RCs, while keeping exact version pins in project configuration and CI.
SpecSync now follows scope approval, implementation, scoped verification, review, and finalization/archive in the delivery PR before merge. Add a Trust skill covering adoption, composed verification, policy, and provenance; update related routing, Rune persistent-session support, and Fledge non-interactive behavior. Remove stale release-specific assumptions from Let and agent-3md guidance.
Validation: all 16 skills pass structural validation;
fledge lanes run verifypasses plugin validation, shell lint, installer regressions (including the new Trust skill), and whitespace checks.
