#790 was squash-merged at the product tip, before
change shipcould push the archive. That leftadd-a-hi-check-gate-to-ciactive onmainagain.This PR re-runs
change check --commiton currentmain. After CI is green I will record review,change ship, and push the archive commit. Then it can be marked ready and merged.Merging the product tip alone repeats the stranding.
