After installing v2.3.5 - still v2.3.4 displayed

Describe the bug
I've installed the new release Version 2.3.5. On the Case Panel you can see this correct version. But on the Administrator Panel Version 2.3.4 is still displayed as well as in the Settings --> About. After clicking "Check Update" the following message pops up: "New Update Available: v2.3.5".

To Reproduce
Installation of version 2.3.5.

Expected behavior
Version 2.3.5 is displayed and no updates are available.

there is no test files for it, but it is easy to generate a test files from you machine by running Hoarder tool for fast triage package

As a constraints, any tool would work as long it is keeps the original artifacts file name (such as KAPE, hoarder)
You could check the administrator -> configuration -> parser page to list all parsers, and check the categorization field to see the condition of each parser
