Live Tomography Editor

Graphical jupyter notebook for live manual tomography data inspection and reconstruction pipeline definition.

Usage

Setup

1. Load Python:

   module load python

2. Clone this repository:

   git clone https://github.com/DIAD-beamline/Tomography_Viewer
   cd Tomography_Viewer

3. Launch Jupyter Lab:

   jupyter notebook

This will open Jupyter Lab in your default web browser. Navigate to the notebook file to begin working with the tomography editor.
