NagaController not launching UI

Describe the issue:
When I double-click NagaController, I don't see any UI. It does not appear in the Force Quit menu, but does show in Activity Monitor. I granted permissions for Bluetooth and Accessibility at the prompts the first time I ran it. There is no menu bar for re-mapping the keys.

Your setup:

• macOS version: MacOS Sequoia v 15.6.1
• Mouse model: Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed
• Connection type (Bluetooth/Dongle/USB): Dongle in USB-A converter. Tried both Bluetooth and Hyperspeed modes, relaunching the application each time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Double-click NagaController.app
2. Wait. See no UI displayed. No App icon in dock. Not listed in Force Quit menu.
3. Open ActivityMonitor and confirm app is running.

Console output:
Run from Terminal and paste any [HID] or error logs:
Can launch from Terminal. It shows up in ActivityMonitor but there is still no UI. No errors/messages are shown.

NagaController has no window and no Dock icon; it lives entirely in the menu bar as a mouse icon, and everything is reached from there. If the process is running but there's no icon, the most common cause on a MacBook with a notch is a full menu bar: macOS silently hides status items that don't fit. Try removing or hiding a few other menu bar items and the mouse icon should appear. v0.2.0 opens the popover automatically on first launch and shows an explanation if the icon can't be placed (#17). If the icon still doesn't show with a clear menu bar, please paste anything from Console.app filtered on "NagaController".

Your report says the process runs, but there's no menu bar icon at all, which is the notch/full-menu-bar case almost every time. Try clearing a few items from the menu bar. v0.2.0 (#17) opens the popover on first launch and, if the status item couldn't be placed, shows an alert explaining where the app lives. If neither helps, Console.app output filtered on "NagaController" would tell us what's happening.
