Start Timer and Editing Log Entries Issue

I recently upgraded from 2.3.7 to 3.2.0. As of the upgrade, I have experienced the following issues:

1. Everytime I navigate or reload the page, the "Install TimeTracker as an app!" prompt appears. My assumption is that once I dismiss it once, it would permanently disappear.
2. When I start a Timer, I can no longer provide a Note.
3. I can no longer edit or delete Recent Entries.

Will those features for issues 2 and 3 be returning in a future version? If not, can I downgrade to 2.3.7 without losing my latest entries? I suspect not given the database migrations.
