Stop using the per-runner debug keystore so sideloaded updates no longer fail with signature mismatch (#740).
Re-export the full connector registry from the package init and add a guided Linear API-key wizard so setup matches the other providers.
Syncs setup.py, desktop/package.json, mobile/pubspec.yaml, and browser-extension manifests to 5.13.2. Adds the corresponding CHANGELOG entry and README highlights for the release.
