Summary
Adds a Linux GitHub Actions validation path for the WPCodeSpace OpenVSCode fork.
This is required because local macOS validation failed during native dependency installation for @vscode/spdlog.
What this validates
The workflow runs on Ubuntu and verifies:
Scope
CI only.
No source changes.
No Docker changes.
No generated runtime files committed.
Why
WPCodeSpace must validate the OpenVSCode fork in a Linux environment before consuming it as a pinned runtime image.
