Summary
Fixes the WPCodeSpace OpenVSCode Linux build validation workflow by installing native Linux build dependencies before npm ci.
Failure addressed
The first Linux validation run failed during npm ci while rebuilding the kerberos native dependency.
The missing system header was:
This prevented npm ci from completing, so npm run compile-web could not actually run.

Adds a Linux dependency installation step before npm ci:
