Summary
Adds a WPCodeSpace validation workflow for the OpenVSCode Linux server archive build candidates.
Why
Repository discovery found server/archive build candidates, but did not prove a canonical Docker image build path.
Before creating a WPCodeSpace OpenVSCode image, we need to prove the fork can build the relevant Linux server/runtime archive outputs.
What this validates
The workflow runs on Linux and verifies:
Scope
CI only.
No source changes.
No Docker changes.
No generated runtime files committed.
No WPCodeSpace consumption changes.
Next step after this passes
Use the proven archive output to define a minimal WPCodeSpace OpenVSCode image build strategy, then run the image locally and visually verify the official Chat panel copy before changing WPCodeSpace to consume a pinned image.
