You have 2 code files: CleanReviewsGithub.nb, and EnchiladaGitHub.nb.
CleanReviewsGithub.nb is general enough that it can take any reviews from Food.com and extract, clean, and tokenize reviews by sentences and words.
EnchiladaGitHub.nb keep only ingredients in reviews but not in the recipe and analyze them. It also has the code for creating a graph network and a community graph of ingredients that appear in the same sentences.
You also have 2 copies of the cleaned reviews: EnchiladaDataReady.txt, and EnchiladaDataReady.cvs
The native Mathematica variable of the cleaned reviews is called dataReady.mx
