This should allow us to let the user define refreshing intervals in a more resource saving way. Certain data does not need as much updating as others.
Split up Party and Encounter Cards. Adjusted card sizes Removed fold button from Team Card and moved values Adjusted new EncounterCard to display jmportant encounter data at a glimpse. Folding it open still displays moves, does not resize anything anymore. Changed Timers to be way slower since it causes bugs with unthrottled emerald bot-instances at the moment.
