v0.2 Baseline

Added:

• mathematical and ontological framework baseline,
• circularity clarification,
• candidate falsifiability directions,
• explicit limitations and open problems.

Issue Tracks

The current public issue tracks are:

• Formalize the causal consistency inequality.
• Define the Ontological Singularity more rigorously.
• Clarify finitude of c versus derivation of the exact value.
• Operationalize the falsifiability roadmap.
• Review gravitational-wave dispersion against current constraints.
• Specify a sequential decoherence or measurement model.
• Separate Demure Fulcrum and quantum-veto material into extended implications.
• Strengthen bibliography and canonical citation structure.
• Add version history and changelog for baseline releases.
• Prepare a paper-style draft from the v0.2 baseline.

v0.3 Target

A plausible v0.3 should include:

• a dimensionally explicit causal consistency inequality,
• a clearer formal definition of the Ontological Singularity,
• a cleaned bibliography,
• a strict split between core hypothesis and speculative extensions,
• at least one operationalized test direction with observables and null criteria.
