What changed

The vendored trace client is re-vendored from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0 (upstream commit a7fe367). The file content is byte-identical to upstream except for the package line, which keeps this plugin's existing package.

0.3.0 adds server-wide tags: plugins/trace/config.yml can now carry a tags: block whose entries are added to every event reported by every plugin on the server. The release gates write ci: "true" there, so test-server boots are left out of real-installation figures.

Nothing changes for a server without a tags: block: the same events are sent with the same fields, and every existing opt-out behaves as before. No other plugin code is touched; the main class already calls .serverWideConfig(...).

Testing

mvn -B -q verify was run locally on JDK 17 and passed: 16 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors.

The vendored trace client is updated from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0
(Stephenson-Software/trace-client-java a7fe367); only the package line
differs from upstream. plugins/trace/config.yml can now carry a `tags:`
block whose entries are added to every event reported by every plugin on
the server. The release gates write `ci: "true"` there, so test-server
boots are left out of real-installation figures. A server without a
`tags:` block reports exactly as before.
