Re-vendors the trace client at 0.5.0. The upstream test file is re-vendored with it where the repo already vendors one.

  • What changes on a server: the first time an enabled client starts, it appends server-id: <random UUID> (under a comment explaining it) to plugins/trace/config.yml. Every event then carries that value as the tag install. This lets trace show active servers instead of raw event counts, which is what dansplugins.com resource pages will display.
  • Privacy: the ID is random and identifies no person, account or IP address. Deleting the line resets it. Every existing opt-out (usage-reporting.enabled: false, enabled: false in the server-wide file, TRACE_USAGE_REPORTING=off, DO_NOT_TRACK=1) stops it, and a disabled client never creates one.
  • README: the Usage reporting section now mentions the ID and no longer claims that nothing about the server is sent.
  • No other code changes: the plugin already calls .serverWideConfig(...), which is how the client finds the file.

Every event now carries tag `install`, the `server-id` line the client
appends to plugins/trace/config.yml on first run (a random UUID), so
trace can count servers instead of events. The README's usage-reporting
section says so, and no longer claims nothing about the server is sent.
