What changed
Why
The beta established working exact-asset restrictions and verified enforcement for road, rail, fixed-route, and outside vehicles. The stable release removes redundant activation UI, makes the layout usable across viewport heights, and prepares professional GitHub and Paradox Mods distribution materials.
Player impact
Players can open the panel and tool together, select one target, edit its independent forbidden list, and apply it without losing access to the asset list or application buttons. Matching vehicles reroute when possible and stop when no valid alternative exists.
