Checkpoint entry: rounds 7–11 all merged on both repos, and this baseline is measured from unmodified main — no stacked measurement branch — for the first time since phase 3 began. Records the remaining failure classes as the priority-ordered backlog, and the Dapper-release TODO (DAP052 positive twin + defer golden once #2225/#2228 ship in a package).
