Crafting talent not showing up on Server

Hi, I seem to have a problem. I have created a custom skilltree. I have made custom skills that upgrades weapons or armor. but whenever i upload the datapack to my server those skills are missing. anyone know why?

When i put it in on single player they seem to work.

im using forge - 47.4.10 and PassiveSkillTree-1.20.1-BETA-0.7.6c-all.jar

Are you using mods that manage resources and datapacks?
Normally datapacks must place in .../world/datapacks/your pack.

Best way. Uploading your Skill-Pack on Curseforge/Modrinth and make it required for your modpack.

Right now i dont know what operating system it is. its rented from minecraft-hosting.pro as a place i can host from friends.

my datapack is placed under world -> datapacks -> editor (the editor file for the skilltree)

its whenever i opload the datapack to the server it does not register crafted skill points at all

this is a example of how it shows up when i make a creafted skill point and opload it to the server

Here is the skill point when i open it op en editor to look at it.

I Dont believe i have a mod that handels datapacks. but i have oploaded the modpack to courseforge. Mini's Adventure Pack
Am i also supposed to opload the datapack seperate to curseforge? right now i have only opload the skilltree folder with the modpack

Make sure the folder structure is [packname/data/skilltree/...]

Install the mod paxi. this is an datapack and resource pack handler.
After starting your server paxi was creating the fllowing folders

configs/paxi/datapacks/ [ packname/data/skilltree/... ]
configs/paxi/resourcepacks/custom textures

There you can place your data pack.
Make sure your client side modpack has got the same installed.
