FLUX is a multiplayer, physics-driven, procedurally generated crafting and survival sandbox inspired by Minecraft, but built around physics and emergent interactions. I wanted to make something that doesn't just copy Minecraft 1:1, but its core sandbox principles are simply really good. So FLUX takes some of those ideas and pushes them in a more physics-driven direction, because.... idk. I really like to enjoy physics. This decision (wich lowk is the whole game) is gonna bring me so much pain 😭🙏.
You can find the current GDD here, or a potentially outdated version in /docs/FLUX GDD.md.
Currently using:
- Godot 4.7 (if this is not updated, I use Godot over Steam so it SHOULD be always the newest one)
- Zylann.Voxel
- Netfox
- Netfox.Noray
Thank you for contributing to FLUX. By contributing you confirm you have the right to submit the code/assets and agree they may be used under the project's license.
- Keep PRs focused and well‑documented.
- Include license references for any third‑party code or assets you add and confirm you have the right to contribute them.
- Add a Signed‑off‑by line in commits or the PR description (DCO‑style).
- Do not submit AI‑generated code. I may use AI tools for pair‑programming or, but I only commit code that I personally wrote, fully reviewed, and understand. If you use AI assistance, do not paste raw AI output into a PR: adapt and verify it yourself, and disclose the use of AI clearly in the PR description. Contributors must follow the same practice.
