O job brew audit/install/test do workflow Homebrew tap e cancelado em ~1s, sem executar nenhum step, por brownout programado do runner macOS 14 (annotation do GitHub; imagem aposentada em 02/11/2026, actions/runner-images#13518). Visto na PR #2145 (run 41102965076), inclusive no rerun.
Mudanca (so o tema do runner): runs-on e nome do job para macos-15, texto de comentario/docs que citam macos-14 (en e pt-BR), CHANGELOG, packaging/homebrew/README e o teste de workflows que checa o nome do job.
Nao toca em codigo do produto nem em lockfiles. homebrew-tap.yml e arquivo de gate: precisa do selo (attest-kombi) antes do merge.
