Summary

• Adds a shared activity-claim evaluator for GitHub and community claims.
• Adds a portal page to submit activity claims, sign claims with the connected wallet, and view network responses.
• Adds a server-side remote Streamable HTTP MCP connection check with explicit tool allowlisting.
• Submits normalized claims/evidence commitments to the existing DRP Verification Network when DRP_PROTOCOL_URL is configured.
• Documents security boundaries and the current on-chain anchoring blocker.

Important scope notes

• This is an initial MVP scaffold, not production-ready.
• Wallet signatures bind a claim to the submitting address and expire after five minutes, but durable replay protection and authenticated per-user source linking still need implementation.
• GitHub references are deliberately kept pending until evidence is fetched and authenticated through an authorized MCP source.
• Community activity claims remain pending until an organizer/independent witness attests.
• The existing protocol API integration is not the same as blockchain anchoring. The portal's current contract addresses are placeholders; a valid deployed testnet contract address and ABI/function signature are still required before any transaction can safely be submitted.
• No automatic rewards are issued.

Validation

• Inspected the existing portal and the DRP Verification Network endpoints.
• The first CI attempt failed during root-level npm ci because the existing root package has a Next.js 14.2.3 / WorkOS AuthKit peer dependency conflict; frontend build was skipped. This appears unrelated to the app-portal changes.
• After removing the unnecessary MCP SDK dependency, a fresh build/type-check still needs to run against the latest PR head.
• Please review MCP transport compatibility with the deployed remote server before merging.
