The deployment cleanup merge changed
.github/workflows/convex-deploy.yml, and the workflow's path filter included its own YAML file. That accidentally queued a Convex production deployment even though no Convex source changed.Change

The current repository Actions secret inventory does not include
CONVEX_DEPLOY_KEYorCONVEX_DEV_DEPLOY_KEY. The workflow now reports missing keys explicitly; an administrator must configure both keys before Convex deployment can succeed.Need help on this PR? Tag
