Document Tower 0.9.0 compatibility with MCP 0.6.0's hosted per-user credentials and coordinated Chaos containment validation. Explain native attributed evidence, independent operator authorization and in-flight limits without changing Tower approval or enforcement ownership.
The existing optional MCP range admits 0.6.0; no runtime patch is needed. Validation:
make checkpassed (309 tests).
