Fixed: both Dockerfiles' Pairs comments now describe Lens 0.11.0, Chaos 0.9.0 (including the resilience export) and Sidecar 0.9.1.

Fixed: both Dockerfiles' Pairs comments now describe Lens 0.11.0, Chaos 0.9.0 (including the resilience export) and Sidecar 0.9.1.
Aligns this repo with Agentic Chaos 0.9.0 (roadmap v0.9: Resilience Probes & Resilience Score, DeepAgentLabs/agentic-chaos#55).
