Direct the on going data to given IP address
Application depends on the windows release and it detect itself what windows release.
If your on win 10 you just write the IP address which you want to send data and get back result of it (Application sends data and can listen given IP address for incoming data).
If your Windows release below Win10 you need to install the NodeJS to use the application.
