Summary

Update the Homebrew formula to the public v0.2.3 daemon and menu-bar app archives for Apple Silicon and Intel.

Verification

• SHA-256 values derived from the public GitHub release assets
• full public-asset formula lifecycle passed locally on Apple Silicon: install, daemon service start, v0.2.3 app check, UI launch, service stop, uninstall, and cleanup
• the release workflow pre-publish candidate smoke passed on Apple Silicon and Intel before GitHub's Actions/API incident interrupted publication

After merge, users upgrade with brew update && brew upgrade microbridge.
