docs: fix quickstart to ./webmri and add the agent skill - #6

- Quickstart used bare `webmri` but the build produces ./webmri with no PATH install; a clean-clone reader would hit command-not-found. - .gitignore pattern `webmri` matched skills/webmri/ at any depth, which silently kept the agent skill out of the repo; anchor it as /webmri. - Add skills/webmri/SKILL.md with the same clone-and-build setup.

What this fixes
webmri, but the install section builds./webmriwith no PATH install - a clean-clone reader would get command-not-found. Quickstart now uses./webmri.webmrimatched theskills/webmri/directory at any depth. .gitignore now anchors the binary as/webmri, and the skill is added with the same clone-and-build setup.Verification
git check-ignoreconfirms skills/webmri/SKILL.md is no longer ignored.
