Cannot land mockito 5.8.1 on CI Flutter 3.44.8.

flutter pub get fails because mockito 5.8.1 requires analyzer >=13.3.0 <15.0.0, and analyzer >=13.1.0 needs meta ^1.18.3, while flutter_test pins meta 1.18.0.

Last analyzer-12 release is mockito 5.6.4 (already on main; 5.6.5+ requires analyzer 13). Holding here means there is no bump to merge. Not merging.

Superseded by #22. mockito 5.8.1 and build_runner 2.16.1 both jump to analyzer 13, which cannot resolve on Flutter 3.44.8 (flutter_test pins meta 1.18.0). #22 pins Flutter stable 3.47.2 (first compatible line is 3.47.0, whose flutter_test allows meta ^1.18.3) and lands both upgrades together.
