Bumps epg-and-sports-editor to v0.4.05.

Bug fix: Sport Templates now assign the matchup logo on the automatic post-M3U-refresh run. Previously, if a sport's Logo URL field had never been saved, the automatic run skipped the logo (channels kept the stream's own logo) until the manual "Run Sport Templates Now" action was used. The logo now falls back to the sport's default template and is applied as the final step of matching. No settings changes needed.
