Byte-for-byte copy of the runtime's XR_DXR_weave.h after runtime#1720 (spec v10, desktop-Linux dma-buf transport). Header-only; every v10 addition is an optional chain, so nothing here changes behaviour. Part of runtime#1699's consumer byte-sync.

Header-only. v10 adds the desktop-Linux DMABUF / OPAQUE_FD handle kinds, the
fd-typed woven output and the sync-file fence chains; all new structures are
optional chains, so a v9-style caller is unchanged. No code here uses them.
