Bumps to 1.42.0 and dates the CHANGELOG. The change itself merged in #169.
The depth cursor's default margin goes from 0.03 to 0.015 eye baselines, about 1 mm in front of the content instead of about 2 mm. This follows runtime ADR-046 A.2, halved after the Windows Leia panel check. It affects only the opt-in cursor.
