EMC Values

By default, emc values are shortened to something like "1 Million", "5 Trillion", "69 Sextillion", etc. The lowest that will be changed is 1,000,000. This can be enabled or disabled via config option. The number names can also be shortened via a config option. To show a full emc number that's been shortened, hold shift.
