State of play at the end of the gate-audit session: what is merged, what is queued and in what order, what #569 changes and why, and the two framing corrections that should outlive this session (the critical path is three independent theorems rather than a chain; '17 proved' is one word for four research-grade nodes, three conditional ones, three restatements and two regions weaker than 1899 dVP). Also records what the missions registry is not being used for: the reduction mechanism has zero instances across all four campaigns, and the 2026-09-18 multi-agent run logged no attempts and produced no grants.
