Classification of colonies as evolutionary lineages

Colonies were classified into four evolutionary lineages, as shown in the admixture graph (a) and map (b). Abbreviations: AZ - Azerbaijan, CY - Cyprus, GE - Georgia, IQ - Iraq, IR - Iran, KZ - Kazakhstan, SA - Saudi Arabia, TJ - Tajikistan, TR - Turkey.
