web: give /api/ the same proxy timeouts the media location already has - #402

Settings → Admin → "Test the Coach" and a manual weekly review can both take minutes on a slow or local model endpoint, but the /api/ location in nginx.conf.template set no proxy_read_timeout or proxy_send_timeout, so nginx's 60 s default cut the connection while the API was still waiting on the provider. The admin saw a gateway error and the API kept working on a request nobody was listening for any more. The /api/media/ location already carries 300s for the same reason (large uploads). /api/ gets the same two directives now. The template renders at container start, so this needs no rebuild. nginx -t not run: no nginx binary in this environment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
