Release StobeServer 1.1.1

Summary

• bump all maintained StobeServer version files and UI/API fallbacks from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1
• set the server release date and fallbacks to 2026-08-10
• keep the server release metadata aligned with the paired Stobe plugin release

Compatibility

Metadata-only change. No database migration or configuration change is required.

Validation

• php -l index.php passed
• php -l ui/home.php passed
• git diff --check passed
• database updates completed successfully after local deployment
• live endpoint returned HTTP 200 with 1.1.1 / 2026-08-10
• background processor verified listening on port 12346

Deployment

Locally deployed to /var/www/html/StobeServer in the DwemerAI4Skyrim3 WSL distro from the source state committed as 7b8109ddd6bf90c9d9866b74c4e04b34e2260875.
