Summary

Promote StobeServer dev to the production stobe branch for the 1.1.1 release.

Release highlights

• configurable speech-to-text connectors for push-to-talk input
• long diary audio generation in segments with person-based selection
• player-dialogue audio configuration and prompt behavior
• profile response-mode defaults and on-demand profile-rule backfill
• relationship affinity persistence across snapshots and reconnects
• correct relationship rollback when loading older saves, including locked profiles
• synchronized version 1.1.1 and release date 2026-08-10

Database and compatibility

The normal StobeServer upgrade path includes the required schema/data updates for speech-to-text connectors and profile defaults. Existing configuration, profiles, memories, relationship data, and voice settings are preserved.

This PR promotes exact dev head a39aa539488adf1d0b9c086bbf807c9d2198f2f8. Later NPC History, DeepSeek V4 Flash, and incomplete-stream fixes remain in separate promotion PR #86 and are intentionally not part of this production candidate.

Validation

• release source version files agree on 1.1.1 and 2026-08-10
• local merge-tree check found no dev to stobe conflicts
• this release PR will run the repository PR test workflow against the exact production range
• paired client package passed x64 build, portable C++ tests, package layout, version, architecture, and hash verification

Deployment and publishing

The local client package was rebuilt. StobeServer was not redeployed from this production PR, and no tag or GitHub Release was created.

Manual limits

No new in-game Kenshi or production-server upgrade test was performed for this promotion.
