Prepare v0.2.0 evidence release

Summary

• bump the workspace and both local lockfile packages from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0
• update CITATION.cff to version 0.2.0 with the 2026-08-17 release date
• leave source, evidence artifacts, and dependency resolution unchanged

Why a minor release

Since v0.1.0, the public CollisionChecker.clearance field was renamed to
contact_threshold and its semantics were clarified as a filter over contacts
already emitted by MuJoCo. The pre-1.0 minor bump makes that source change
explicit. The release also snapshots the merged multi-scene and attached-load
evidence.
