Merge the 15X changes, above all the 133X changes into the master branch.$\pi^0$ monitoring done by @thomreis and all the porting to Run3 that were in the 133X branches.
This includes the developments for the
Will wait to merge until tested a bit by @delvecchiomarco and @thomreis feedback in case some changes are needed. In the meantime I'll make the master the default branch in the ECALPro central repository.
