Add more ESPRebootManager usage examples

• add busy_and_retry example to demonstrate Busy submit handling and retry after Idle
• add guard_blocking example to demonstrate guard-based rejection and retry flow
• add callback_timeout example to demonstrate timeout-driven rejection
• document all available examples in README

Testing

• not run locally (cmake is unavailable in this environment)
