Docs have sidebar pages that shouldn't be there

The docs page has a bunch of entries in the sidebar that are actually from EtcPal. If you click on them, it links to the EtcPal docs site and pages with the same name. In particular, this results in two sidebar entries called "Additional Documentation" - the top one is for EtcPal and the bottom one is for sACN. I've drawn a box around the EtcPal pages:

I'd suspect something unintentional is going on with the Doxygen config. I noted that RDMnet does not seem to have the same issue despite also depending on EtcPal.
