Publish Thai VC ARF 2.0 DRAFT 0 in Docusaurus

• Replace the Trust Framework guide with the Thai VC ARF content mirrored from vc-document.
• Make Thai VC ARF the main documentation section and label the current Docusaurus version 2.0 DRAFT 0.
• Retain the English interoperability summary and PDF, and add a link to commit history.
• Restore Mermaid arrows changed during the import so the diagrams render.
