> added dependency on powernbt to allow for access to nbt data on items 

instead of continually having a moving benchmark to handle on the plugin end, can now jsut parse the JSON in php.

After almost 6 years, this plugin has reached an end-of-life status. 
I will no longer be maintaining this plugin.
