We should include a project Roadmap in the root of the repo, linked in the README, that provides plans for the next 12 months, broken out by Quarter. Each quarter's deliverables should be a checkbox ([ ] in markdown) that is checked ([x]) when completed to track overall progress. Review quarterly to prune outgoing/top quarter's completed section (moving any incomplete items) and add a new quarter to the end.
