Hardcoded VAE Path crashes the demo

This line caused the demo crash

it points hardcoded to non existing path.

I’m very sorry about that. You can simply replace this path with the VAE checkpoint you downloaded from Wan2.1-T2V-1.3B Hugging Face page.
