README 原来的快速示例、凭证规则和内部实现说明混在一起，不容易看出各语言的发布状态，也不方便直接找到入门代码。
本 PR 按 SDK 状态、Node.js/Go 快速开始、Java 使用说明、凭证规则和错误处理重新组织内容；补充版本与 CI badge，补全三端引用示例，并删去对普通使用者无帮助的底层依赖、请求头和目录清单。Java 仍明确标注为尚未发布到 Maven Central。
