Provider error when you install Video Capture Plus in Ionic 3.
FIX: Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/toniton/VideoCapturePlus-PhoneGap-Plugin.git via registry. Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
