Closing as part of the org-wide consolidation onto Renovate (see EduIDE/.github#4 and this repo's renovate.json).

Dependabot version updates and security updates are now disabled across the org, so this PR would not be refreshed or rebased again. Renovate will re-propose the same updates on its first run, batched into grouped PRs, with majors held behind a tick on the Dependency Dashboard and security fixes raised immediately as fix(security):.

Nothing is lost - reopen this if you would rather take it now.
