What

appVersion 1.2.0 → 1.3.0, and both charts to 2.3.0.

EduIDE cut v1.3.0 today. Every IDE image tag renders from appVersion when an environment sets no versions.ide, so this is the change that actually moves the IDE version - the deployment repo only chooses which chart version an environment installs.

Why both charts

eduide was 2.2.1 and eduide-cluster 2.2.2. They are released together at the same version (AGENTS.md: "Released together, same version") and had drifted apart across the last pair of fixes. Both go to 2.3.0, which restores that and satisfies the CI rule that a touched chart must be bumped.

What it unblocks

1.3.0 is the first release to publish thm-java-25 under a numbered tag - it entered the build matrix in EduIDE#170. Mannheim currently pins versions.ide: pr-170 in the deployment repo with a comment saying to drop it once exactly this happened; the follow-up deployment PR removes it.

Verification

scripts/test-app-consistency.sh passes, including "every IDE image defaults to appVersion 1.3.0" and "no floating tags in a default render".

Order of operations

⚠️ Do not merge until EduIDE's v1.3.0 release build finishes. It was still running when this was opened (run 36117719606), and merging here publishes a chart that claims to pin tags that do not exist yet. Once the images are up: merge this, the release workflow publishes chart 2.3.0, then the deployment PR moves the environments.
