Add Wonder-specific numeric FPS targets, with matching simulation and presentation rates. The loader checks the title, build ID and all three instructions before patching. The configured target takes effect on the next boot.
Also port the OpenFont loading fix and the Overworld texture-cache budget fix. The cache uses the existing driver headroom and allocator-pressure reserves for this title. Other titles retain the conservative ceiling.
The dynamic timing experiment remains disabled by default. EDEN_WONDER_DYNAMIC_FPS=1 enables bounded game-time feedback with a 30-Hz physics floor. docs/wonder-dynamic-fps.md documents the limits and audit switches.
This ports Wonder changes from Orchid through MythosOfs/Orchid@e420cf2be. The OpenFont portion overlaps #646 and retains the transfer-memory reference for the lifetime of the returned service. The FPS controls are independent of the present-queue approach in #695.
Validation on Linux: Release build of
yuzuandtestspassed.build/bin/tests "[wonder_fps],[memory_budget]"passed 12 test cases with 12,154 assertions. The timing SVC and font service also passed separate compiler checks.git diff --checkpassed.Draft pending human gameplay validation, especially timing below 40 FPS, rhythm events and audio synchronization, final review and sign-off.
